Summit provided comprehensive design and project coordination services for the 16 Laurel Avenue development. The scope included architectural design, preparation of the permit and construction drawing sets, detailed construction documentation, and coordination with structural, civil, MEP, fire protection, and other consultants. Summit worked closely with the project team throughout the design and permitting process, coordinating drawings and details to ensure all disciplines were fully integrated. Summit also provided construction coordination and worked with the various trades and consultants through the construction process to bring the project from design through completion.
