57 Chatham Street is a residential transformation within Brookline’s historic Longwood neighborhood. The project reimagined the existing residence through a complete renovation and second-floor addition, expanding and updating the home while carefully integrating the new work with its established surroundings.
We provided the architectural design, planning, and permitting for the project. Our scope included developing the renovation and expansion plans, coordinating the architectural work with the structural and engineering teams, and guiding the project through the permitting and construction process. Landscape and hardscape improvements were also coordinated to create a cohesive transformation throughout the property.
