We provided architectural design and planning for the development, including the design of the new residential buildings, site planning, permitting, and coordination with the structural, engineering, and landscape teams. The project required careful consideration of the sloping site, existing mature trees, utilities, drainage, and the surrounding natural landscape to create a cohesive development that responds to its unique setting.
90 Allandale Street is a new residential development set within one of Jamaica Plain’s most established and naturally landscaped neighborhoods. The project transforms the existing property into a thoughtfully planned residential community consisting of four townhouse buildings, providing eight new condominium residences while preserving the character of the surrounding area.
